WHAT YOU NEED:
- wooden hangers
- paper naapkins
- paint brushes
-scissors
- paint
- mod podge
WHAT TO DO:
-you can paint the hanger if desired. ( let dry before next step)
- cut out the pieces of napkin you would like to use
- place the pieces if napkin where you like
-mod podge it on
-let dry
